1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of California or another state where the Services are available. You agree to provide accurate, complete health and personal information.

2. Nature of the Services

We facilitate access to licensed clinicians who may, at their sole professional discretion, evaluate you and, if appropriate, prescribe GLP-1 medications (such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide). Prescriptions are never guaranteed and are issued only if clinically appropriate. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

3. Payments, subscriptions & the K50 offer

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges.
• The Services may be offered on a recurring monthly subscription; recurring charges continue until you cancel.
• K50 promotional discount: the code K50 applies 50% off your first month of the eligible monthly plan for new customers. After the first month, standard pricing applies. It is a new-customer launch promotion, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Cancellation & refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us, which stops future charges; because prescription products are dispensed for individual use, medications are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful health information and follow your provider's instructions.
• Do not misuse, share, or resell medications.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site is owned by Si Se Pierde LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Si Se Pierde LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@sisepierde30.com before pursuing any formal legal action.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
